Our grass-fed Tomahawk steak is well-marbled, tender and full of flavour. This cut of beef ribeye has extra rib bone for presentation purposes. It’s called a “tomahawk” cut because the steak with the long bone resembles a single-handed axe. It will serve two people and comes with the bone in, thick cut and French-trimmed by our master butchers.
Our dry-aged Tomahawk steak comes from Irish farms and is 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
Dry-aged for 28 days.
