eGift Card Terms & Conditions

eGift Cards are delivered by email to the recipient within *48 hours* of purchase. Please ensure the email address provided is correct at checkout.

eGift Cards can be redeemed exclusively on https://www.butcher.ie for the purchase of any available products.

eGift Cards are valid for *5 years* from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Expired cards cannot be used or extended.

eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

If the total value is not used in a single order, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases until the expiry date.

Butcher.ie is not responsible for lost or incorrectly entered email addresses. Please double-check recipient details before completing your order.

eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or applied retrospectively to past orders.

If your order exceeds the eGift Card balance, the remainder can be paid by card at checkout.

Any promotional or complimentary cards may carry additional terms or shorter expiry periods, which will be stated at the time of issue.

Butcher.ie reserves the right to cancel any eGift Card believed to have been obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
