Our grass-fed Cowboy Steak is a thick ribeye steak with an impressive presentation. This cut will serve two people and comes with the bone in, thick cut and French-trimmed by our master butchers. Similar to a Tomahawk Steak but with a shorter bone but equally as rich, juicy and very flavourful.
Our dry-aged Cowboy Steak comes from Irish farms and is 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
Dry-aged for 28 days.
