Packed with a rich, distinctive flavour, oxtail is surprisingly meaty – perfect for a classic oxtail soup, clear broth or hearty warming casserole. Coming with the bone in, our Oxtail is delicious when slow-cooked in the pot, complete with rich flavours and tender beef falling off the bone. Our grass-fed Beef Oxtail comes from beef reared on Irish farms and is 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
