Our free-range grass-fed Bife Ancho is enriched considerably from a nugget of natural fat, the ‘eye,’ to keep the meat succulent, while it promises a full-flavoured treat as the fat caramelises and tenderises the meat when cooked. Prime rib is sometimes called a standing rib roast because the bones enable it to stand upright for roasting. But if you cut the meat away from the bones, leaving the “eye” (the large central muscle) and a layer of fat, then that’s a Bife Ancho roast.
Our grass-fed Bife Ancho comes from beef reared on Irish farms and are 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
