At Butcher.ie, we believe in supporting those who go the extra mile. Few go further than the incredible volunteers at Blood Bikes East.

This summer, we are honoured to sponsor their Annual Summer Party Meet-Up, a well-earned celebration for a group of unsung heroes who work tirelessly behind the scenes. These volunteers transport life-saving medical supplies across the country, giving their time freely and asking for nothing in return.

To mark the occasion, we are bringing a feast worthy of their dedication.

Guests can expect a BBQ spread like no other. We will be serving marbled Irish ribeyes cooked over open flame, slow-cooked brisket with melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, and handmade gourmet sausages rich with natural flavour. Everything will be freshly butchered, expertly prepared, and delivered directly from our block to their table.

This is not just a meal. It is our way of saying thank you.
