Timed Reserve Terms & Conditions
- Payment Plan: Timed Reserve orders are secured through four weekly instalments. The final instalment must be completed no later than 9th December 2025. Orders not fully paid by this date will not be dispatched, and any payments already made may be forfeited.
- Product Guarantee: Completion of the payment plan guarantees your reserved product. All weights are approximate; final product will always meet or exceed the advertised minimum weight.
- Delivery: Timed Reserve orders will be delivered 20th–23rd December 2025. Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery of chilled goods. Redelivery charges may apply if delivery is missed.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Orders cancelled by the customer on or before 9th December 2025 may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made.
- Orders cancelled after 9th December 2025 are non-refundable.
- If Butcher.ie cannot supply your reserved product despite full payment, you will receive a full refund of all instalments paid.
- If you fail to complete the final payment, your order will be cancelled and prior payments may be forfeited.
- Food Safety: Once delivered, responsibility for safe storage and handling passes to the customer. Butcher.ie cannot accept liability for spoilage once goods are received.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport disruptions, or livestock supply issues.
- Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
