Our outstanding, lean whole fillet of beef is the real prime beef cut is full of melting tenderness, smooth grain and refined flavour. Sear the whole fillet in a frying pan with a little oil before roasting it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Or you can cut the beef fillet into steaks, or as Beef Wellington wrapped in pastry with a mushroom, madeira and pâté paste.
Our grass-fed beef fillet comes from Irish farms and it is high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
