‘Julienne’ is the French name for a method of cutting meat/vegetables into thin strips. It’s perfect for beef dishes, not least stroganoff, goulash, stir fry and pies. Cut into even strips by our master butcher, from the fillet, rib, and sirloin with characteristic deep flavour and meltingly tender texture these steaks are ideal for every day as well as discerning dishes.
Our free-range Steak Julienne come from beef reared on Irish farms and are 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
