The flat iron is a steak that’s deservedly growing in popularity, versatile and with great flavour, the flat iron is an affordable alternative to fillet. The subtle marbling from our slow-grown and grass-fed beef cattle brings richness and succulence. Taken from the Featherblade, our Flat Iron Steaks are a perfect balance of flavour and tenderness. Named ‘Flat Iron Steaks’ because they resemble the shape of an old-fashioned flat iron, these finely marbled and lean steaks are perfect for barbecuing.



Our free-range Flat iron Steak comes from beef reared on Irish farms and are 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
