The well-marbled meat caramelises upon cooking, coupled with the use of grass-fed beef and dry age maturing techniques, make for natural succulence and outstanding flavours. Our grass-fed dry-aged rib of beef on the bone comes from beef reared on Irish farms and are 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
