Our Handmade White Pudding is a classic white pudding, made to a traditional recipe using fine oatmeal, suet and onions. Our Master Butchers have prepared our White Puddings to the perfect width, to make eating them a pleasure! This white pudding should be gently pan-fried to caramelise each side and can be served as part of a traditional fried breakfast or as an addition to an indulgent evening meal. Easily sliced to your desired thickness, it is a superb alternative to its cousin There are no hidden preservatives in this incredibly well rounded White Pudding.
