Our free-range Dry Cured Smoked Streaky Rashers are thick-cut, smoked streaky bacon that has been cold-smoked for 24 hours by our Master Butchers and expertly trimmed the fat so you’re left with just enough to keep the meat beautifully moist and for a bit of crackling crunch on top. Streaky Rashers are produced the same way as back bacon except it’s produced using pork belly instead of pork loin. Our outdoor-reared, free-range pork is sourced from Irish farms with the highest standards of animal welfare.
