Diced Leg of Lamb


Our classic diced lamb is the perfect ingredient for so many hearty slow-cooked dishes, from tagines to curries and everything in between. Boasting deep flavour and meltingly tender texture as the meat stews on low heats. Our Master butchers have taken prime cuts from across the lamb, trimmed them meticulously then diced them into evenly sized chunks. With a fantastic depth of flavour and tender texture with a good bit of bite, versatile diced lamb is best cooked slowly, with just the right proportion of fat to keep it moist during a slow-cook.

Dry-aged for up to 7 days, our 100% grass-fed Lamb comes from Irish farms and it is high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
