Our beef brisket joint is great value and ideal for roasts, slow-cooked dishes, braising or marinating and barbecuing for meltingly tender beef. Left flat by our Master Butcher, this is sourced exclusively from grass-fed herds in Ireland to ensure only the best flavour possible and only dispatched after being judged by our Master Butcher.
Our free-range Beef Brisket comes from beef reared on Irish farms and is 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
