Using whole cuts of premium Irish pork, the curing process naturally develops a richer, more rounded flavour profile while enhancing the bacon’s natural sweetness. Carefully matured and dried for approximately three days, excess moisture is reduced to deliver a beautifully crisp finish when cooked, with the perfect balance of savoury richness and delicate sweetness.
