Our Side Lamb Loin Chops are taken from the supremely juicy and flavoursome lamb loin, lamb loin chops taste exactly as lamb should. The meat is fine-grained and tender and packs a big punch of substantial flavour that’s sweet but earthy. A light covering of fat will melt into the meat as it cooks and the small bone helps retain moisture and inject yet more flavour. An Irish favourite, succulent rib meat prepared into neat chops by our Master Butcher, Lamb Chops are a versatile cut, perfect for quick mid-week meals or marinating as a barbecue or dinner party dish.

Our 100% grass-fed Lamb comes from Irish farms and it is high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
