Our Master butchers have taken prime cuts from across the lamb, trimmed them meticulously then diced them into evenly sized chunks. With a fantastic depth of flavour and tender texture with a good bit of bite, versatile diced lamb is best cooked slowly, with just the right proportion of fat to keep it moist during a slow-cook.
Dry-aged for up to 7 days, our 100% grass-fed Lamb comes from Irish farms and it is high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
