Hugely popular in Brazil, Picanha (pronounced “pee-kahn-yah”) is one of the most flavourful cuts of beef you will find. The most prized cut in all churrascarias, Picanha is top sirloin that is folded into a signature C-shape. The scrumptious meat is skewered, grilled, and sliced before serving. Traditionally, Picanha is grilled on long skewers, but for home cooking, it will be a lot easier to cut the steak into portions for smaller skewers.
Our free-range Picanha Steak come from beef reared on Irish farms and are 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins
