Our Dry Aged Angus Striploin Roast is characterised by the layer of fat that runs along its length. This gives it a rich, deep taste making it more strongly flavoured than fillet, so it takes sauces very nicely. It is one of the most versatile cuts of beef. That means grilling results in it being perfectly juicy. If you prefer to cut steaks to your own thickness, our Striploin Roast is perfect for you to cut into thick steaks or succulent roasting joints.
Our Dry Aged Angus Striploin Roast comes from beef reared on Irish farms and is 100% grass-fed which means they are high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
