Our handmade Wagyu beef burgers have a real depth of flavour and come from grass-fed beef high in Omega 3 that has been reared on Irish farms. We feel a burger shouldn’t be complicated. It should be meaty, juicy, and substantial, made from quality ingredients that speak for themselves. Our Wagyu beef burgers are certainly uncomplicated, we don’t pack them full of fancy ingredients and as a result, they’re utterly delicious. The meat cuts we use for mince are beautifully marbled and distinctively flavoured.

We promote and uphold the standards for Wagyu beef, the finest quality of beef available in Ireland. Highly prized for their rich flavor, these cattle produce arguably the finest beef in the world. Wagyu cattle’s genetic predisposition yields beef that contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than typical beef.
