Product –


 – 500g Irish free-range turkey strips 

 – 2 tablespoons olive oil 

 – 1 red bell pepper, sliced 

 – 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 

 – 1 green bell pepper, sliced 

 – 1 onion, sliced 

 – 2 cloves garlic, minced 

 – 1 cup broccoli florets 

 – 1 cup snap peas 

 – 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce 

 – 1 tablespoon honey 

 – 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 

 – Salt and pepper, to taste 

 – Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped scallions 



  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 
  2. Add the turkey strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside. 
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

 – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

 – 1 teaspoon dried oregano 

 – Salt and pepper to taste 

 – Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes 



  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat. 
  2. Cut the turkey breast strips into bite-sized pieces and set aside. 
  3. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into chunks, and slice the red onion into thick wedges.

 – Juice of 1 lemon
