All our turkeys come from free-ranging Irish flocks that are plump and fed on a hearty diet rich in natural foraging to enhance the flavour, and we game hang the birds to intensify the natural flavour of the bird for a minimum of 14 days. It is this process that ensures that our birds guarantee you a lean, moist and succulent burger bursting full of flavour.
