Our delicious Free-Range Spatchcock Chicken, a great alternative to a whole chicken. They allow for a plethora of different cooking options: cook them traditionally in your oven, or for best results, cook a whole spatchcock chicken on your BBQ or meat smoker. Our Free-Range spatchcock chickens are plump, succulent and with proper flavour owing to their natural diet. Our spatchcock chicken is marinated in lemon, fresh coriander and seasoning and is naturally succulent and full of flavour.
