Hand-prepared by our master butchers, our cured pork belly is from free-range, outdoor reared pigs that have been sourced from Irish farms with the highest standards of animal welfare. The Flat Pork Belly is a versatile cut with the creamy layering of fat offering a rich succulence neat slab of pork. Well suited for slow roasting, the impressive flavour of the pork belly reflects the rich diets of the free-range pigs.
