Our Thanksgiving turkeys promise the succulence and rich character required for a classic and memorable centrepiece and allow for ample quantities of both breast and dark meat, and we can also include the giblets for making a traditional gravy perfect for the Thanksgiving table. All our turkeys come from Irish flocks and plump up all autumn on a hearty diet rich in natural foraging to enhance the flavour, and we game hang the birds to intensify the natural flavour of the bird for a minimum of 14 days.
