Our exceedingly succulent, lean fillet steak is the real prime beef cut is full of melting tenderness, smooth grain and refined flavour. The dry-ageing process helps to enhance the fillet’s natural, buttery texture and delivers outstanding flavour. Sear the whole fillet in a frying pan with a little oil for delicious results.
Dry-aged for up to 28 days, our 100% grass-fed beef fillet comes from Irish farms and it is high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
