All our turkeys come from free-ranging Irish flocks that are plump and fed on a hearty diet rich in natural foraging to enhance the flavour, and we game hang the birds to intensify the natural flavour of the bird for a minimum of 14 days. These Turkey sausages are a year-round favourite for easy and nutritious mid-week meals, buffets, or barbecues.
