Our Toulouse sausages are delightfully rustic and packed with flavour. As part of our premium sausage range, they are made using our finest free-range pork. Made with red wine, bacon and lots of garlic, these sausages are delicious cooked on their own or in a cassoulet but also great with pasta and salads. We marinate our pork in the red wine for at least 24 hours before adding lots of garlic, mixed herbs and cracked black pepper. Our Toulouse Sausages are incredibly popular with Irish families, full of tasty goodness and our free-range pork sausages are sourced from Irish farms with the highest standards of animal welfare.
