Our free-range outdoor reared pork loin chops on the bone have been hand-prepared by our master butchers, expertly trimmed so they’re the perfect balance of meat to fat and there’s absolutely no prep for you to do. Succulence comes from the internal marbling within the meat and cooking on the bone injects an even deeper flavour. All our free-range pork is sourced from Irish farms with the highest standards of animal welfare.
