Our grass-fed rack of lamb makes a really show-stopping centrepiece perfect for celebratory feasting. Simply dress the rack in garlic, fresh rosemary and olive oil rub and roast in the oven for no more than twenty minutes.
Our 100% grass-fed Lamb comes from Irish farms and it is high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.
