Our Christmas turkeys promise the succulence and rich character required for a classic and memorable centrepiece and allow for ample quantities of both breast and dark meat, and we can also include the giblets for making a traditional gravy perfect for the Christmas table. All our turkeys come from Irish flocks and plump up all autumn on a hearty diet rich in natural foraging to enhance the flavour, and we game hang the birds to intensify the natural flavour of the bird for a minimum of 14 days. It is this process that ensures that our birds guarantee you that traditional excellence at Christmas.

All of our Christmas range is delivered between the 20th December to 23rd December and is guaranteed to stay fresh until Stephen’s Day.
