The Signature Irish Fillet Steak is indulgence without compromise. Cut only from the heart of the fillet, this centre-cut portion is the most tender and uniform part of the animal, thick and perfectly balanced in size. Each steak weighs 10.5oz (300g), hand-trimmed for consistency and sourced exclusively from 100 percent grass fed Irish cattle raised on the richest pastures.

As it sears, the delicate marbling melts into the meat, basting the fillet from within. A golden crust forms on the outside, locking in succulence, while the centre stays blushing pink and velvet soft.
